Job description
We are seeking a candidate with 2+ years of phone support experience and 2+ years of Windows Technical Service desk experience.
Requirements include knowledge of :
- Windows buildout
- Windows, AD, Avamar, VMWare, Citrix, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM
- ITSM ticketing tools such as Ivanti, ServiceNow
- Remote desktop connectivity applications
- Windows end point support
- MS Office Suite and application support
- User account provisioning
This is a full-time, entry-level position in the Information Technology field.
