Position Overview
The Construction Site Cleanup Laborer will support overall jobsite cleanliness and assist with general labor activities across our North Carolina projects. This role helps maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment by removing debris, organizing materials, and supporting the construction team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and properly store tools, materials, and equipment on the jobsite
- Clean and remove debris, scrap, and waste from work areas
- Empty trash bins and transport waste to approved disposal containers
- Remove electrical construction debris and other jobsite materials
- Assist the construction crew with general labor tasks when required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and immediately report any hazards
Requirements
Previous experience in construction cleanup or general labor preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasksKnowledge of proper handling and disposal of construction materialsAttention to detail and strong commitment to jobsite safetyReliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a teamBasic understanding of construction site protocols is a plusWhat We Offer
