Job Title : Barista

Location : The Grove Artisan Cafe and Bakery.

Reports to : Cafe Manager / General Manager.

Classification : Part-Time / Full-Time (Hourly). Looking for Wednesday & Sunday 5 PM - 11PM, 5 PM to 1 AM shift Thursday, Friday, Saturday - an opportunity for liquor and food sales to gain $ in tips.

Required Certification : Valid Arizona Food Handler’s Card.

Position Summary :

The Barista plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment. You will work in a fast-paced setting focused on consistency, cleanliness, and hospitality. Full barista training is provided for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

Beverage Preparation :

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and other cafe offerings according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and efficiency during peak hours.
• Learn and follow all brewing, steaming, and pouring techniques.
