Provide coaching and professional development to direct reports, guiding them in technical and leadership growth. Hold team members accountable for performance, offering constructive feedback, rewards, and corrective actions as needed Addressing complaints and resolving problems in a timely manner Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA / CPA a plus Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and control processes Management experience preferred Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with Hyperion experienced is preferred Analytical Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels

The Controller plays a critical role as a business partner to the General Manager, providing leadership, strategic insight, and fostering talent development within the organization. This position oversees financial operations across multiple lines of business, including aggregate quarries, asphalt plants, and road construction, ensuring robust financial performance, operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
