Customs Brokerage Representative

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Representative III to work remotely with a West Coast schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Prepares customs entries and coordinates freight delivery to designated locations

Communicates documentation discrepancies and follows up on the clearance process

Establishes and maintains client relationships while resolving finance and accounting issues

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent

Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker

Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Customer Broker License - Preferred
