• ICU coverage for 40-bed unit with 5 - 6 admissions per night
• Hospital-based critical care position
• NP and resident support available for admissions
• Procedures include intubation, central lines, and chest tubes
• Proactive coverage need
• Responds to calls and manages new admissions
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
