Job Description :

The ideal candidate will lead and oversee large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) hardware and services programs. This role requires strategic leadership in managing complex technical implementations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. The position demands expertise in both program management and technical delivery with our customers.

The candidate performs the following specific assignments :

Lead and manage large-scale DoD hardware and services programs

Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets

Drive technical implementation and ensure delivery excellence

Manage and mentor a team of implementation specialists

Build and maintain strong relationships with DoD clients and vendors

Identify and pursue business expansion opportunities

Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and security requirements

Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and implementation strategies

Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects

Resolve escalated technical and programmatic issues

Support pre-sales activities and proposal development

Manage vendor relationships and contracts

Experience Required :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field with a specialization in Radio Frequency (RF)

10+ years of technical program management experience

5+ years of experience managing Program Manager on IT related programs

3+ years of consulting and supervisory experience

Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes

Demonstrated experience managing complex technical implementations

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage client relationships

Excellence in solution design and system integration

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience Desired :

Experience with Oracle Cloud configuration and setup

Ability to travel to DoD sites as needed

Experience with DoD documentation requirements

Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations

Understanding of cybersecurity requirements

Special Skills / Knowledge / Training Required / Desired :

Oracle Cloud ERP Financial certification required

PMP certification or equivalent required

DAWIA certification preferred

Technical certifications relevant to DoD systems preferred
