Warehouse Lead Bilingual

Our Warehouse Lead will be responsible for all aspects of our warehouse team. Great supervisory entry position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• Ensuring all delivery vehicles are properly loaded and staged
• Recommending operational changes
• Assessing risks
• Ensuring safety guidelines are followed
• Resolving production problems
• Conducting performance evaluations
• Giving and receiving employee feedback
• Training employees
• Facilitating team participation
• Ensuring the Warehouse is kept clean and organized
• Ensuring all work is completed daily
