Receptionist

Polyglass USA, Inc., a premier roofing materials manufacturer, has an opening for a Receptionist fully onsite at our Deerfield Beach, FL facility.

What You Will Do:

• Provides administrative support including but not limited to the following: Oversee the access into the building/front desk area for visitors and deliveries Greet all visitors and notifies the appropriate employee. Answer, handle and direct incoming phone calls. Manage and purchases office supplies Receive, sort, and distribute all mail and packages Act as a back-up to the Executive Administrative Assistant Maintain and update all Corporate Conference Rooms reservations, including the scheduling calendars Assist Accounting and Finance department in assigned accounting tasks (open mail, follow up with vendor inquiries, review monthly statements, other tasks as assigned).

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience/proficiency using MS Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Minimum of 2-5 of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
