Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position in our Hospital Nursing Department for a Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Quality Assurance Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Coordinates and assists the continuous quality program
• Assists with patient survey process for department surveys
• Acts as liaison with Quality Improvement Board, assists preparing board agendas, reports, and minutes
• Monitors Quality plan and policies
• Assist with survey preparedness
• Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm
