Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects from inception to conclusion. This position demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
• Coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication between team members
• Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing minutes
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible
• Identify project risks and issues and assist in developing solutions
