Salesforce Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect for a right-to-hire opportunity with one of our top customers.

• Principal Solutions Architect with strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem including Heroku, preferred to have all three clouds we use (Sales / Service / Exp Cloud), knowledge of Service Cloud voice and Amazon Connect Telephony is also preferred and may not be on the draft job description attached. We are looking at Energies & Utility Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce as well - newer modules and AI driven. Outside of salesforce this resource should have expertise in the Microsoft stack including Azure, Databricks, etc. at some level. Experience with broad scale enterprise level solutions given our Salesforce CRM integrates with multiple other applications.

A Principal Solution Architect drives technical vision for a business unit IT department or functional area and aligns technical solutions and platforms to the company strategy. Principal Solution Architects must have a broad base of technical and business understanding as well as the attention to detail to transform a strategy into an actionable plan. The successful Architect will demonstrate knowledge to navigate recent technology trends and connect it with the business goals to act as an influencer and change agent, as well as a technical advisor for executive leaders. A successful Principal Solution Architect will own the IT enablement of the business strategy, accelerate project delivery and improve delivery quality via three primary activities :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00 / hr.
