PA / NP - Regional OB / GYN Float - Ludington, Michigan

Corewell Health West is looking for a 0.8 FTE Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Regional OB / GYN Float. OB / GYN experience is preferred.

Primary location will be at Ludington OB / GYN with travel to Big Rapids and Fremont.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner

• Required Master's Degree or equivalent Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
• 3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience Required
• Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role Required
• Experience as a Nurse Practictioner Preferred
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association UPON HIRE except WITHIN 90 DAYS SHMG Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross UPON HIRE except WITHIN 90 DAYS SHMG Upon Hire required
• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association UPON HIRE except Neonatal Services, Peds Trauma and Hospice; WITHIN 120 DAYS SHMG ACLS if required by specialty or stress test performed Upon Hire required
• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required

Corewell Health Ludington Hospital is a 49-bed acute care hospital located in Mason County along the shore of Lake Michigan. Ludington Hospital offers a full range of services, including inpatient medical, surgical, step-down, obstetrical and critical care units.
