Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Department : Service

Reports to : Service Manager

Work start and end : Alternating shifts 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Scale : $25-35 plus spiffs and commisssions. DOE

Position Summary : To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or its equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering Maintenance Technician Level 1
Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills

Qualifications desired :

Excellent verbal skills

Professional phone skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Energetic personality

Well organized and ability to work independently
