About The Position

📍 Assignment Overview

Location : Hartford, CT

Start Date : August 4, 2025 (credentialing : 45–60 days)

Duration : 3–6 months

Schedule : Monday–Friday, no call

Setting : Inpatient rehab (adults only)

EMR : Epic

Team : 4 physicians + 3 APPs + full ancillary support

🩺 Responsibilities

Manage ~25 adult patients / day

Pre-admission screenings & discharge summaries

Stroke, amputation, and TBI rehabilitation care

Interdisciplinary team meetings

Medication reconciliation & narcotics prescribing

🚫 Not Included : No trauma or emergent care

✅ Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in PM&R

Active CT license

DEA & ACLS required

Must be local to Connecticut (travel / lodging not covered)
