  • What You'll Do
  • Evolve, up-level, and scale a B2B brand focused on innovative digital display solutions.
  • Produce and deliver a diverse range of creative assets to fuel growth for digital display solutions, including campaigns, launches, ads, events, content, print, and sales enablement materials.
  • Create engaging short-form video content and animated GIFs to effectively communicate product features and big ideas.
  • Conceptualize and craft industry-leading brand campaigns designed to increase awareness and affinity for innovative digital display solutions.
  • Uphold and advocate for brand standards across all internal stakeholders, cross-functional teammates, and external vendors.
  • Stay current with the latest design methodologies and B2B marketing trends to ensure cutting-edge creative output.
  • Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience as part of an in-house brand creative team.
  • Strong design strategy leadership skills, including generating innovative ideas, setting clear creative direction, and driving towards measurable business impact and outcomes.
  • A high degree of proficiency with industry-standard design and collaborative tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Slack.
  • A strong track record of effectively soliciting and actioning feedback, successfully collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and consistently delivering high-quality projects on time.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a pixel-perfect approach to design execution.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, effectively manage your time, and clearly communicate project progress.
