Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support related to billing systems and promotional allowances
Investigate and research potential billing errors and ensure accurate billing
Communicate with managers, accounting centers, divisions, suppliers, and brokers
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of MS Suite, including basic Excel skills
A degree and previous merchandising experience are preferred but not required
Willingness to learn proprietary systems and administration processes
Highly organized with the ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize and multi-task while providing accurate results
