About the Department
The Technology and Operations PMO drives enterprise-wide initiatives that enable Franklin Templeton to achieve its strategic vision. Our team partners with business units across Sales Marketing Operations and Technology to deliver impactful solutions. The Program Manager position is responsible for orchestrating the strategic planning design and delivery of one of Franklin Templetons strategic programs with digital data and human touchpoints. This role drives enterprise-wide alignment and change management to enhance sales productivity client engagement and operational excellence through technology modernization process simplification and adoption of unified tools and insights. As part of the program the Program Manager leads large-scale cross-functional initiatives to create a cohesive insight-driven sales ecosystem that empowers sales teams and client partners with integrated platforms standardized workflows and actionable data.
How You Will Add Value
You will shape and oversee the Program roadmap ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy business leadership priorities and global client engagement objectives including :
Defining measurable outcomes to improve sales productivity client experience and operational efficiency.
Serving as an advisor and strategic partner to business and technology executives helping to translate business objectives into unified experience strategies
You will lead the execution of large complex initiatives that span multiple regions and functions ensuring high-quality delivery within scope budget and schedule.
You will drive governance processes stakeholder engagement and executive reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across business technology and operations teams.
You will serve as the primary liaison between Business Technology and Enterprise Change Management for unified experience delivery partnering with Product Owners Technology and Business Sponsors to ensure projects meet defined business value and adoption targets.
You will identify and mitigate risks manage interdependencies across portfolios and adapt strategies as necessary to maintain delivery momentum.
You will develop and execute targeted communication and engagement plans to sustain awareness and momentum throughout the program lifecycle.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in program management digital transformation or enterprise change leadership.
Proven experience leading global multi-functional programs with significant change impact (preferably in financial services asset management or fintech).
Excellent communication influencing and relationship management skills across global teams and executive levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets teams and dependencies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) PMI preferred.
Agile and / or SAFE certification preferred.
