📍 Location : Charleston, SC

🏗️ Project Types : Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial

💰 Compensation : Total Comp $200K-$250K+

(Salary + Vehicle / Phone Allowance + Bonus + ESOP + 401(k) Match + Health / PTO Benefits)

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Leading all aspects of construction for large-scale $20M–$80M+ projects
  • Managing project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Driving schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards with precision and accountability
  • Mentoring APM's & PM's to develop the next generation of construction talent
  • Collaborating closely with Preconstruction, Field Ops, and Executive leadership

    • 👷 What We’re Looking For :

  • 8+ years of GC experience managing ground-up Commercial / Healthcare / Industrial projects
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first approach
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Local to Charleston or open to relocation (relo support provided)
