Work Location: | Hybrid - This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement. While most responsibilities can be effectively performed remotely, we value in-person collaboration and ask for a minimum on-campus presence once a month for essential meetings or activities. Ideally, we prefer three days per week on campus. For employees residing out of state, travel costs will be the employee's responsibility. The work schedule will follow core business hours in the Colorado Mountain Time zone. Although we give preference to candidates based in Colorado or nearby, our ultimate goal is to hire the best candidate for the role, regardless of location. |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as. Senior Level: $75,000 - $95,000 Principal Level: $90,000 - $115,000 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
