Key Responsibilities
Serve as a compassionate voice and problem solver for Financial Professionals and their clients
Educate clients on policy benefits and proactively suggest tailored solutions
Handle in-bound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment
Experience with life insurance products and / or Series 6 license preferred
Ability to work flexible hours between 8 am and 8 pm
Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with company policies
