Intern - Land Surveyor

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as an Intern - Land Surveyor, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of surveys including ALTA Surveys, Cell Tower Surveys, As-built Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Property Boundary Surveys. You will play a crucial role in analyzing field work, calculating boundaries, reviewing title matters, and collaborating with experienced professionals in the field.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in reviewing and implementing client feedback on commercial real estate surveys.

• Contribute to cell tower surveys and documentation such as 1A letters, height verification letters, flood zone determination, and elevation certificates.

• Review title commitments, documents, and zoning reports, ensuring their integration into the land survey work.

• Help maintain accurate records and plot easements as needed.

What You'll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

• Strong analytical and communication skills to interpret business materials and generate professional reports.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CAD software, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe, and Outlook.

• Eligibility to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship.
