Job descriptionYear-Round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 30 hours per week Fixed scheduling that works around your school and / or extracurricular activities Competitive pay (plus daily and weekly bonuses!) 2 mental health days per year for all employees $250 bonus for every 4 months worked Top-notch job training (50 + hours of paid training - no previous swim experience necessary) Lots of FUN and a positive team environment! Fully stocked break room with snacks Fun Friendly Reliable...consistency is KEY for our awesome kiddos! Energetic Outgoing Great team players And have experience with swimming or with children, or ideally BOTH! Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learning & swimming Smiling and having fun Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below) Affirm each other's strengths and protect his / her weakness Treat others the way you desire to be treated Extend grace to those who are teachable Seek first to understand others, before trying to be understood Choose relationships over profits Be honest and do what you say you are going to do Praise in Public; Correct in Private

We are looking for year-round Swim Coach / Teachers! A Swim Coach is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.

Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties
The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach! Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, people with the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training!
