We are currently looking for a skilled CNC Bending Operator to join our team in New Britain, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC bending machines, running production, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in the CNC department.

Job Responsibilities :

• Set up and run CNC bending machines (knowledge of machine operations preferred).
• Assist in resolving operational or programming issues for precise laser-cut parts.
• Inspect parts based on blueprints and ensure quality standards are met.
• Use precision measuring tools like calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
• Support CNC department activities and special projects to meet production deadlines.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
• Keep bending machines, tools, and work area in top condition through 5S and TPM practices.
• Participate in daily shop floor meetings and actively contribute to SYNCHRO Plus activities (SFM, TK, IK).
• Assist with continuous improvement tasks and department projects.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
