Responsibilities - Express Service Advisor :
- Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, offer special promotions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.
- Communicate the customers requirements to the technical team
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle
- Ensure work is completed to the customers satisfaction
- Manage any customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
