Property : Kinstead Apartment Homes 376 units (market rate)

Employment Duration : Regular, Full-time (Monday to Friday 8-5 pm)

Salary : $19 / hour + renewal bonus + housing discount + benefits + 401k matching

As an Apartment Painter, you play a crucial role in ensuring the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of painting tasks related to apartment occupancy, building maintenance, move-ins, move-outs, unit turns, work orders, drywall, and providing exceptional customer service. Your technical expertise and dedication to quality workmanship will contribute to creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for our residents.
