As the Full Time Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Steelville Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the performance of all facility departments, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and quality of life for our residents. Are you the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator we're looking for?

To succeed as a Full Time Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Steelville Senior Living, candidates must hold a current designation through the Board of Nursing Home Administrators and have at least two years of management experience within a skilled care, rehabilitation, or assisted living facility. A strong background in budget management, contract oversight, and business relationships is essential, alongside proven compliance knowledge regarding federal, state, and local health standards. Experience with infection control measures and familiarity with state health board audit processes will be crucial for maintaining licensing and operational excellence. Candidates should possess strong human resources understanding, including diversity value and labor law compliance, along with a proven track record in mentoring and managing staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and effective organizational skills are necessary to handle various priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both empathic and focused, are vital to navigate resident and family interactions effectively.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

  • Holds a current designation of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator attained through the Board of Nursing Home Administrators.
  • 2 years of management experience in a living facility offering skilled care
