Construction Superintendent – K-12 & Educational

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage K-12 and educational construction projects in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented leader with a strong background in school, campus, and educational facility construction, who thrives in overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily construction operations across multiple K-12 and educational project sites.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Review plans, schedules, and budgets, providing proactive solutions for logistics, materials, and sequencing challenges.
• Enforce strict safety compliance and maintain a culture of accountability on every site.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and potential issues clearly to owners, project managers, and leadership teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to plans, standards, and educational facility requirements.
