Responsibilities

• Create localized and engaging content that highlights the company culture, employee stories, and workplace values across websites, social media, job portals, and internal channels.
• Handle digital marketing campaigns that promote employer brand and support talent acquisition goals.
• Partner with HR, Communications, and Marketing teams to align messaging and brand voice across platforms.
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, and continuously optimize for reach and impact.
• Support employer brand activations, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications for the Korean talent market.
