Your Role

Provide patient-centered care to diverse medical-surgical populations using the Assess Perform Teach Manage model

Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery and team cohesion

Lead by example in administering medications, monitoring responses, and responding to clinical changes

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and recovery expectations

Foster collaboration with physicians and care teams to ensure exceptional outcomes
