A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Accounts - Central.

Key Responsibilities

Lead market access initiatives and foster relationships with regional healthcare accounts

Ensure profitable access for products across pharmacy and medical benefit designs

Develop account strategies aligned with short-term and long-term engagement objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3+ years in IDN account management or sales management

Experience with infusion site of care delivery settings preferred

Working knowledge of Regional Payers and Integrated Health Systems

Demonstrated success in large account management and market sales growth
