Now hiring a qualified LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse with Home Health, Geriatric or related nursing experience.

Local LPN Pay :

$40 / hour

$60 / hour overtime

Weekly direct deposit every Friday

LPN Job Details :

• Provide hands-on nursing care for seniors.
• Deliver direct participant care in home settings.
• Administer meds, treatments, and monitor health changes.
• Assist with assessments, vitals, and wound care.
• Document care and communicate updates to care team.
• Support chronic disease management and education.
• Promote participant safety and quality standards.

Schedule and Timeline :

• Now hiring for ASAP start dates
• 13-week direct contract with extension options
• 40 hours weekly with potential for overtime
• 10-hour day shifts

LPN Qualifications :

• CO or multistate LPN license in good standing
• 1 year + of home health, LTC or related nursing experience
• AHA BLS
• Ability to clear compliance requirements
