The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our national expansion and market launches. You will manage the full recruitment and onboarding process for various roles from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating their onboarding schedules and travel arrangements.
This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about business operations and scaling. You'll work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs, streamline onboarding, and ensure every new employee's experience reflects our commitment to quality and service excellence.
