Ensure physician compensation processes are accurate and submitted on time.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA or MHA preferred).

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar applications.

Ability to quickly learn healthcare-specific data systems and financial programs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to translate complex data into clear insights.

Healthcare industry experience preferred.
