Position Overview

The Sr. Transportation Project Manager (Office Leader) will oversee and manage transportation projects from conception through completion, ensuring all projects adhere to industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide the project team and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation projects, ensuring compliance with DOT and AASHTO standards.
• Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to gather project requirements and provide updates.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Review engineering designs and ensure they meet civil engineering standards and regulations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders regarding project status and outcomes.
