What You'll Do as a General Manager :

• Build an outstanding culture : Create an environment where crew members feel engaged, supported and valued- and every guest experience matters
• Lead a high-performing team : Hire, train, and develop top-performing managers and crew.
• Drive restaurant success : Drive sales, lead daily operations, to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
• Strengthen community ties : Build strong local connections and lead community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain operational excellence : Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and equipment upkeep.
• Act as a hands-on leader : Lead by example in both the Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations,

What We're Looking For :

• 23 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
• Drive-thru experience is a big plus!
• A motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settings
• A hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front.
• A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and "can-do" attitude
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)
• Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.
