Heritage has a full-time leadership position, Clinical Director, Community Integration Programs, which will provide leadership and managerial oversight for programs focusing on supporting individuals with a mental health and / or substance use diagnosis live as independently as possible. We are hiring a Clinical Director to join our growing team. Work with a mission-led team with competitive pay and benefits. The Clinical Director will oversight the following programs :

OVERALL JOB PERFORMANCE :

Education and Experience :

Position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field. Candidates must have the ability to become licensed as an LPC or LSW. Must be able to work collaboratively with multiple programs / staff. Seeking candidates with superb computer and Microsoft office skills, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Valid driver’s license, reliable means of transportation and proof of current automobile insurance are required.

Salary Range : $75,000-$90,000 per year depending on education, experience, and licensure
