Pharmacy Member Services Representative

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Member Services Representative to support members of the Prescription Plan.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient outreach and education, manage data entry, and maintain records

Ensure timely outreach and prescription fulfillment according to plan design requirements

Assist with incoming phone calls and address member inquiries regarding prescriptions and copay structures

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent

2 years of customer service experience

Basic proficiency in MS Office : Word, Excel, Skype, and Outlook

Previous experience in mail-order, medical, or healthcare-related area is preferred
