The Mackinac Center for Public Policy seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Donor Database Specialist to support our advancement operations. This is an ideal role for someone who takes satisfaction in precision, enjoys creating structure, and thrives in a consistent, behind-the-scenes role that helps power a mission-driven organization. The candidate will have experience with donor databases (such as Raiser's Edge), a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks. We're also open to training the right person who brings enthusiasm, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.
This is a part-time, hourly, temporary position scheduled for approximately 30 hours per week for a duration of six months and has the potential to extend up to nine months. This position is located in Midland, MI and will be fully onsite.

The pay rate for this role is $22 per hour, and it is eligible for earned sick time in accordance with the Michigan Earned Sick Time Act.
