General Manager/Managing Partner

We're looking for an exceptional Managing Partner to bring to life an elevated steakhouse experience in Denver. This is more than a jobit's a chance to shape and lead a concept from the ground up. From pre-opening strategy to daily operations, you'll have a seat at the table (literally and figuratively) in building a flagship destination for food, hospitality, and atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Be the day-to-day heartbeat of the restaurant, managing operations, guest experience, and team leadership
2. Partner with ownership to finalize all pre-opening decisionsmenu, design, service flow, brand touchpoints
3. Hire, train, and mentor a top-tier team of hospitality professionals
4. Deliver a consistently unforgettable guest experience that turns first-time diners into regulars
5. Oversee all financials: P&L, labor, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
6. Serve as the brand ambassador, building a strong presence in the Denver hospitality community
7. Drive revenue through events, outreach, and VIP engagement
8. Maintain operational excellence in cleanliness, compliance, and execution

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of GM experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
• Confident, polished floor presence with high emotional intelligence
• Experience managing $5M+ operations in a fast-paced setting
• Strong sense of ownership and accountabilitysomeone who leads from the front
• Deep understanding of high-touch service, wine & beverage programs, and team culture
• Strong personal network or ability to build lasting guest relationships
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as the leader of the team
