Administrative Coordinator
The incumbent is the first point of contact for the public after purchasing or renewing their commercial license(s). This position will assist the public with filling out forms and / or direct them to trip ticket trainings, form re-orders, general trip ticket / LDWF information. This position handles calls from the public throughout the day, ships & tracks orders, sorts mail, scans and verifies documents for the Trip Ticket program and other programs within the agency and handles all general office duties as needed. The Trip Ticket section has state and federal deadlines to meet throughout the year and the Administrative Coordinators play a very important role in meeting those deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications :
Two years of experience in administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION : Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Appointment Type : Probational Appointment, Job Appointment, Detail to Special Duty, Promotion (open to all statewide classified and agency-wide permanent status employees)
Current permanent status classified state employees may be required to accept a Probational appointment if selected. If filled as a Job Appointment, there is a possibility that this position may be converted to a Probational Appointment should funding become available.
Career Progression : This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group
Compensation : The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience
