What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating clearly with all involved parties. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents, maintaining detailed and accurate documentation as required. Assist healthcare staff, patients, and visitors by providing direction and support as needed within the location. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership to address security-related needs specific to the healthcare environment. Minimum Requirements : Must be at least 21 years of age. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
