Physician only needed at night for bronchoscopy, chest tubes, or ECMO cannulations. Anesthesia or APP intubates at night. Average census 12-16 patients. Post-op cardiac and vascular, advanced heart failure, MCS and ECMO. 70-90 ECMO / yr. 24hr surgeon coverage for ECMO cannulations. No COVID unless on ECMO. targeted opening for CompHealth Dr. Z
