Job descriptionAt least 5 years of experience with control systems like Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware. At least 2 years managing teams, defining scope, maintaining schedules, and delivering milestones. Experience with BMS systems such as chillers, boilers, and AHUs. Salary Range : $100,000-$120,000 depending on experience. Benefits include sick leave, medical, dental, vision, 401K.

Piper Companies is seeking an Automation BMS Engineer for a hybrid position in Holly Springs, North Carolina (NC) , with on-site work 2-3 days a week. The Automation BMS Engineer will lead cross-functional BMS integration projects within a large end-to-end cell manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Building Management Systems (BMS) integration projects across Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM3 / 4) and the Central Utilities Building (CUB).
- Coordinate on-site activities 2–3 days per week with functional leaders to resolve project roadblocks.
- Manage teams and external system integrators to meet project milestones.
- Develop and oversee the RFP process for system integration partners.
- Support technical aspects of BMS systems including Wonderware SCADA, TopView, ICE, and related infrastructure.
