Responsibilities :

• Enthusiastically teach great classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Work with the Gym Director and Owner to lead and manage a team
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Oversee the full of breadth of offered programs and curriculum to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym are met in every class, every program, every day
• Excite and inspire team members to be their best and teach their best classes
• Oversee training and evaluation of team members
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Collaborate with the Gym Director in developing and inspiring a team atmosphere
• Assist the Gym Director in managing day to day operations
• Participate in grass roots marketing events

Compensation : $36,000-$46,000 base salary per year plus paid vacation and performance related bonuses.
