About the Role:
Join Live 2 B Healthy of Southern Colorado as a Fitness Trainer and inspire clients to achieve their health goals! We are passionate about promoting wellness and providing personalized fitness solutions in a supportive environment.



Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized fitness programs for clients of all ages and abilities.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper exercise techniques.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to maximize results.
• Provide motivation and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and best practices to enhance client experience.
• Conduct fitness assessments and provide feedback to clients on their performance.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages community engagement.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, AFAA, ACE) or equivalent fitness certification required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
