Schedule : Full-Time | 37.5 hours / week | MondayFriday

Compensation : $17-20 hourly

We are currently hiring multiple full-time Paraprofessionals for the 20252026 school year to support a variety of classroom environments across elementary to high school levels . These positions offer a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of students by supporting their academic, social, and behavioral development.

Available Classroom Types :

SLC / Collaborative Classrooms

BCS (Behavior Support Classrooms)

SAILS (Structured, Active, In-Class Learning Settings)

STEPS Programs

1 : 1 Support Roles

Supplemental Aide Positions

Key Responsibilities :

Assist lead teachers with instructional support, classroom management, and student engagement

Provide 1 : 1 or small group support to students based on individual needs and IEPs

Support students with behavioral, emotional, or physical needs, including de-escalation strategies if trained

Collaborate with school staff and service providers to ensure consistent, student-centered support

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous experience working in school settings or with children in educational or behavioral roles preferred

Willingness to work in various classroom models and across grade levels

Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and provide toileting / physical support if needed

Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
