Early Childhood Lead Teacher

Orlando Torah Academy is looking for a warm, positive, and caring Early Childhood / Preschool Lead Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. A strong candidate will bring a nurturing and engaging energy to their classroom.  They will have experience working with early childhood students and / or have CDA certification.

This position entails :

working with children in the development of early handwriting skills, language and phonetics, environment, fine and gross motor, early math, and social-emotional development.

creating engaging materials and daily activities

working as a team with one or more Assistant Teachers, and collaborating with our Early Childhood Director

handling basic parent communications and concerns

participating in Parent-Teacher Conferences and school events
