We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented experienced Machine Operators to support our client’s dynamic team. Position : Machine Operator
Schedule : Hiring for all shifts currently! 8hr shifts Monday to Friday
Hours : Daylight 6 : 30am to 3pm
Afternoon – 2 : 30pm to 11pm
Night – 10 : 30pm to 7am
Starting Pay : $17.25 - $20.25 per hour BOE and shift (pay range includes shift differential for afternoon and overnight)
What You Will Do :
- Operate and monitor automated production machines within a sterile clean room setting.
- Tend to equipment primarily via HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens, ensuring optimal performance.
- Detect and interpret real-time system readouts, including errors, jams, and faults.
- Troubleshoot and clear machine jams or faults by opening and resetting equipment as necessary.
- Perform visual quality inspections on products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products efficiently and safely.
- Follow strict clean room protocols by wearing appropriate PPE (hair net, clean room suit, beard net, shoe covers).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn specialized skills and grow within the company.

High School diploma, GED, or Associate degree.Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred; plastics industry experience is a plus but not required.Experience with quality inspection processes is advantageous.Demonstrated stable work history.Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Willingness to wear PPE and follow clean room procedures.Why Join Us?
