Shift : Night, 4x12-hour shifts (18 : 45 - 07 : 15)

Healthcare Setting : On-Site Labor & Delivery Unit

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1910 - $2040

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas or compact state)

Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience

Certifications : AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, NRP, ACLS

Experience with Cerner electronic charting system preferred

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed)

COVID-19 vaccine not required

Must meet 50-mile radius rule (local candidates not accepted)

Resume and compliance documents required prior to start

Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns

Monitor fetal and maternal health using AWHONN standards

Administer medications and clinical interventions as ordered

Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Accurately document patient care in Cerner EMR system

Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care

Maintain a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for patients and families
